Service Description

Get ready to make a deliciously gourmet meal! This meal will feature your choice of fish, seared, and served in a lemon butter sauce. This will be served with a roasted vegetable and herb, pearl couscous. (I will be using fresh herbs, but dried herbs can also be used.) Ingredients: Fish: Your Choice of Fish. I will be using wild cod. 2 Lemons, juiced and zested or 4oz lemon juice. 1 Stick of Butter, Cubed 2+ Cloves of Garlic, Minced 1/2 an Onion, Minced Salt and Pepper Your Choice of Additional Seasonings 2 Tbsp Neutral Oil (ex. Avocado oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, etc.) Pearl Couscous: 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Bunch of Fresh Parsley, Chopped 1 Tbsp Chopped Oregano 1 Tbsp Chopped Thyme 1/2 an Onion 4+ Cloves of Garlic, Whole 1 Zucchini 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Cup Pearl Couscous 1.5 Cups Broth or Water Salt and Pepper Your Choice of Additional Seasonings Utensils: Cutting Board Knife Frying Pan (for fish) Pot (for couscous) Baking Sheet Parchment Paper Spatula Mixing/Serving Spoon Tongs Paper Bag or Ziploc Bag
